Information and suggestions for the practice...

Sounds of the Sun Meditation Series is a compilation of Kristin and Randall's personal yoga practice developed over the last decade. It has empowered their lives more than any other practice they've engaged in---far beyond anything they ever imagined. There have been difficult and challenging times in their lives where this practice has taken their capacity from 15% to 85% in only days. The practice honors and evokes the powerful light we carry within. It brings love and awareness to the forefront of our experience and develops deep compassion for oneself and others. This practice has brought them to tears of gratitude and appreciation time and time again even from the darkest situation.

Randall and Kristin are continually inspired to deepen their relationship and understanding with the yogic sun practices. The more they engage the practices, the more the practice reveals its transformational power in their lives, thus fueling their devotion to deepen the dance even more.


Sounds of the Sun originally was going to be only a 4 volume set, but as Randall and Kristin continue to devote their time and energy to deepening their relationship with the Sun through consistent practice and study, they realize that our own sun practice will continue to expand and evolve. They will of course pass these on to all of you who share their same devotion. Here is a brief explanation of the volumes in the works:

Chanting this mantra 108 times quiets the mind and settles you to be able to practice silent meditation.

2. Silent Meditation (5:00)
This is a fabulous way to have a set time of silent meditation, and YES this is nothing but a track of pure silence! You can slowly increase the length of your silent meditation using these tracks on a playlist and adding multiple "Silent Meditation" tracks to your playlist.

3. Chimes (:27)
The Chimes track is a gentle way to signal the end of the meditation and can be used with or without the silence track.
